Please include a copy of your invoice or your order number. Call or email us if you don’t know the order number. Returns are processed within 48 hours of our receiving them. If you want to exchange for another product, just let us know the product number(s) you want and the quantity. Your new order will be sent to you, along with an invoice showing your credit and the new charge to your account for the new products you want.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit  that you can use to make a future purchase. This store credit is good for 6 months.

What we refund with store credit :

  • Adjusted costs of returned product (for example, if you return 3 pieces from a bag of 4, you will be issued store credit for 3 pieces, not the entire bag)

What we do not refund with store credit:

  • Shipping Charges
  • Insurance
  • Sales Tax
  • Expedite charges
  • Surcharges

 

You will receive a confirmation email or letter. Refunds will be issued as store credit.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 4 hours with no charge. Your credit card will be voided and no charge applied to your credit card. After the card is settled for the day, you are responsible for a $10 cancellation fee charged by the credit card companies.

If you cancel after your order has been shipped but you haven’t received it yet, you are responsible for all shipping – even on cases where there is free shipping. Free shipping only applies to completed orders that are not canceled.

You will be given store credit for the product minus a restock fee and all applicable shipping charges.

Changing Shipping Address

All orders are confirmed with shipping addresses via email before they are shipped. It is important that you view the emails to make sure everything is correct. This will ensure that you receive your shipment in a timely manner.
