Why is My Credit Card Denied

The reason most credit card transactions are declined is because the billing address in your order is wrong. You must put in the Billing address exactly as it appears on your monthly statement/bill.  If you put anything else, such as the shipping address, the transaction will be declined.   Look at your latest statement / bill and use that address. If you do that, your transaction should go through without any  problems.

If you’re still having problems, please call us and we will look into the matter.

As a note, every time you try your card there will be an authorization to hold that amount from your available balance.  Since it did not go through the authorization will be dropped depending on your bank.  However, it may tie up your money for those few days as the bank is waiting for the transaction to complete even though the card was declined.

Less is best.

International Credit Cards

If your card is declined please call us and we will help you get the card processed.  If your order is over $300.00 we will call or email to verify the purchase, if we can not verify the purchase we will cancel the transaction and wait for you to get a hold of us.  The easiest way to get the order expedited is to wire the funds into our business account.  Call us and we will furnish that information for you.
